Revit Designer to support Mechanical and Electrical designs/projects for the DC/VA/MD area. Required to proficiently use Revit (and CAD, of course) to successfully complete projects in a timely matter. Each team has an average of 10-15 active projects at one time, so the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work at a quick pace is needed.
70% of their projects is renovations/build outs
30% is new construction
95% is private work and majority is negotiated due to repeat business and past performance (good sell of workload to candidates)
5% is bid/gov contracts, etc
