Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. - Candidate must be Bilingual - fluent in German or French and English - Applicant must have 1 year of telephone customer service experience in a call center environment - Must be willing to work some holidays - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
