About this job

A well known area medical center is looking for 8 candidates for a call center customer service position. Of these 8 positions we are requiring 5 to be Spanish-English Bi-Lingual. Duties will include fielding patient calls and scheduling appointments, and entering patient information. Calls will be broken down as follows; 95% inbound and 5% outbound. Experience in scheduling, specifically urology, dental, surgery, and psychology, patients is preferred.

Must Haves:
1) 2+ years of high volume customer service experience within the medical field
2) Knowledge of medical terminology
3) MUST be able to type at least 30 WPM
4) MUST be able to pass our Spanish/Enlgish Bi-Lingual test

Preferred Skills:
1) Epic experience
2) Scheduling/Registration experience
