Job Description:

As a global company, Trade Partners are an essential asset to any corporation. Aerotek is seeking individuals to act as a liaison between our Trade Partners and Whirlpool; placing orders, answering questions, providing guidance, exemplifying a sense of urgency and exhibiting excellent oral and written communications, and ensuring the entire order process runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for individuals who have critical thinking, problem resolution, and strong negotiation skills to provide our Trade Partners with World Class service.

Brief Overview:

The Customer Support Rep - Service will process new orders, adjust pre-existing orders, respond to daily calls from Trade Partners, and answer their questions, requests and inquiries. This position entails strong problem resolution and critical thinking skills. This individual will participate in a call center team oriented environment focusing on proactive order management, improving processes, supporting field sales/process partners and exceeding Trade Partner expectations.

The most qualified candidates -

-Open hours of availability from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday. This would not be a 12 hour shift however you must be able to work a shift anytime in those hours.
- This individual should demonstrate a strong customer focus, strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- This individual should be a person of process and detail orientation, possess the ability to multi-task and balance responsibilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Problem solving and leadership skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Computer knowledge with proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
- 2 year of experience within a customer service organization is preferred.
