ABOUT CLEAN AND BEYOND...
Established, expanding, locally owned and operated downtown Portland cleaning company. We've just won another large contract and are looking for at least 5 energetic, creative, detail oriented individual with a bright spirit, motivated and willing to work hard to serve as not only a Cleaning Partner but as the face of the company. Clean and Beyond, LLC serves downtown Portland condo and apartment clientele.

JOB SUMMARY...
To provide basic cleaning duties for our clients while providing excellent quality. This job may require you to do one or all of the following: occupied home cleaning, vacant home cleaning, common area cleaning, deck cleaning, window cleaning, and/or carpet cleaning.

Successful applicants will enjoy cleaning and are able to cover on call and full 8 hour shift either day or night time hours. Ideal applicants will also see themselves with Clean and Beyond for 6 months or longer being a *reliable* and *dependable* member of the team. Looking to fill full time, part time and on call positions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS...
*Must be able to pass a background check free of any felonies
*Must be able to pass a drug screening test
*Must be able to cover up or take out visible tattoos or piercings
*Must be able pass probationary period of 8 weeks
*Must have a cell phone in good working order that you can use on the job
*Must be able to access the internet to check messages and schedule on a daily basis
*Must be able to maneuver up to 35 pounds
*Must have flexibility in scheduling
*Must have valid drivers license and insurance or be able to take public transportation
*Must be solid team player able to take direction well
*Must have positive attitude that responds well to constructive feedback/advice
*Must be comfortable being in close contact with dogs, cats and other household pets on a leash

COMPENSATION...
Up to $12 per hour plus tips and paid travel time. Sign on bonus and bonus incentive for longevity and good performance. Advancement opportunities for those who excel at Cleaning Partner and Lead position based on company needs.
