StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $37.00 - 39.00
The University Hospital Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit uses the latest in advanced technology while creating caring and effective patient support. This unit is searching for a people-oriented RN who wants to work in a pleasant, supportive environment. This role is perfect for qualified Labor and Delivery (L&D) caregivers ready to learn cutting edge technologies while participating in well respected team.

New equipment, Level I with normal acuity and occasional newborn with IV. Mother-baby care. LDRPNs all in one room. Great staff, nice family atmosphere, marked walking trails, bike-riding, home of the water-ski, boating, kayaking, climbing, art colony, farmer's market etc… beautiful area, 1 hr from Twin Cities and Rochester.
Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.
