Essential Job Functions
- Receives inquires from customers or technicians via phone or email to identify and source appliance parts/components for service repair.
- Procures applicable parts from established vendors at optimal pricing levels.
- Follows up on orders for on-time delivery..
- Ensures correct order entry and makes corrections as needed..
Requirements
- Must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills
- Strong detail orientation.
- Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Mechanical aptitude / knowledge
- MS Office intermediate proficiency
- HS diploma or GED
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
