Aerotek is currently hiring for a Invoice Reconciliation Rep for one of the top insurance companies in Lincoln, NE! Hours are Monday-Friday 8:15AM-5:30PM. Apply today to start your career!!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the reconciliation of customer cases who are not at a zero balance.
-Candidates will work on cases by pulling up imaged invoices that need corrections, then build spreadsheets in excel that the candidate will reference until the case is completed.
-Part of this job will be to be on the phone with policy holders determining what may have caused the discrepancy. Calls may equal 85-100 calls per month.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Problem solving is the biggest skill required for this position.
-Candidates who are motivated by the challenge of hitting a goal (number of cases processed) on a monthly and weekly basis.
-Accounting, banking, or insurance background/degree preferred but not required.
-Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills.
