Design curriculum for a leader in the Healthcare arena!
Your primary responsibility will be for the effective design and
development of training curriculums across the organization from an
individual who will keep abreast of various training delivery
techniques, business processes, products and systems in operational
training environment. The candidate will design instructor led,
web-based and e-learning solutions to align the business processes and
procedures. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree
of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written
communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be
flexible and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of experience designing training in a corporate environment
- 1+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience meeting tight deadlines
- Must have at least 1 year of any medical experience
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable
adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or training certification in Curriculum Design or Adult Learning Theories
- Experience
developing content using Captivate, Articulate Presenter, and/or other
authoring tools for web-based training preferred - HTML experience
- SharePoint designer
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates
effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills
and drives for results individually and in a team setting.
As
a requirement of UnitedHealth Group's contract with the Department of Defense, this
position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication
following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 ,
(the National Agency Check or “NACâ€).
Successful completion of the NAC process is a requirement for continued
employment in this role. NAC processing
will be initiated by our TRICARE Security Officer post-offer, and can take 3-6
months for a final decision communication from the Department of Defense. Candidates will be allowed to begin
employment with UnitedHealth Group in this role based on an interim clearance,
and final results will be communicated as they are received. Failure to obtain final NAC approval will
result in termination from this role.
