Vice President, Payer/Provider Solutions

Leadership in the development, marketing and sales of product and service solutions for QualityMetric's customers in the Payer/Provider market. 

 

Major Responsibilities

Implement strategy to accomplish QualityMetric's short- and long-term product development objectives.

Collaborate with our Science Group and Technology Group to develop new products and solutions

Translate high level customer needs into actionable information to be implemented by scientists and technology experts.

Identify and assess entities for potential business alliances or other business opportunities

Participate in strategic planning at the pillar and inter-segment (Optum) level

Support sales and marketing through presentation to key decision makers in clients and prospects

Track record of conceptualizing and developing products for provider/payer markets required

Prior experience presenting Patient-Reported Outcomes measurement solutions and its application to clients in a variety of health care settings. 

5+ years' experience consulting to senior healthcare leader clients

5+ years' experience supporting business development and sales in the healthcare industry

Experience with major health care institutions, large physician practices, disease management companies, vendors of health care is required

Proven track record of accomplishment, collaborative in style

Strong leadership skills commanding confidence and trust

Strong work ethic, ability to work independently

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated organizational and team management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Proven track record in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities, including exceptional follow-through

Requirements
