Employees in this function are responsible for the hands-on delivery of care for patients in their home. This requires certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Employees will be working with patients in an 11-bed facility and providing support to patients regarding the activities for daily living. Candidates will also be providing emotional support to patients and families.

Candidates must be professional and compassionate. Families will be on site, as well, so candidates must be able to provide not only emotional support but consult. Hours are flexible and candidates must be available to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts and shifts can change.
