This position will also p rovide leadership and overall guidance to the department to ensure the staff meets established quality and productivity standards with a high degree of accuracy.     Duties: - Team Development - training and cross-training, reviewing and redistributing workloads, department meetings, morale - Resolutions - addressing and resolving escalated issues from Leads and Supervisors. - Month end processes - Standard entries, Service Center Feed. Reconciliations, freight accrual, Woodhaven checks, misc. JEs, receipt loads, etc. - Associate Relations - counseling staff members according to Aaron’s policies. Conducting mid-year job dialogues and year end performance reviews. - Reports/ePayables - Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Take action where necessary.  Includes, price variance, accrual, RMA aging, vendor aging, Macola RNI, unapproved Lawson, etc. Monitor daily AP520 and EDI processes, special projects. Ensure Supervisors are monitoring and working Datamatics queues and Inventory Specialist queues.
