About this job
This company provides packing and logistic services to their clients. They specialize in custom packaging. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining business relationships within current Clients/Accounts. Manage each of the clients needs, values, requests and builds a long lasting relationship. All interaction with this client is moved through you to internal personnel.
The Account Manager will be able to manage all direct and indirect communication within the life of an order. This will require the development and Maintenance of internal processes to enhance our services to each client/account.
Must be capable of maintaining a strong relationship with clients as the first point of contact with all questions and concerns regarding orders/projects.
Some other responsibilities will include the creation of quotes, following up on quotes, entering orders, making visits to clients (annually), liaison between Sales and Design group, attending trade shows, visiting clients/accounts (annually), developing marketing material and motivating your team to the next level. This is not an outside sales job, it is "Account Management".
