Housekeepers - Full-time / Part-time

Secrets and Heavenly Inn are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Housekeepers to assist in maintaining the brands presentation standards. It is responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the inn. It addresses all guests' concerns in regards to property standards.

Position Goals and Responsibilities:

*This position is responsible for promoting the Beachtree brand, through upholding brand standards-, establishing a high standard of excellence and expectation:
oCleans all bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, ad bedrooms
oMakes all beds
oMaintains flooring in all assigned units, including cleaning, polishing, and vacuuming
oPrepares linens needed in units
oResponsible for unit detailing: dusting, polishing of furniture, cleaning of baseboards, hanging drapery, and placing sectional rugs
oWindow maintenance: washing all windows, including sills
oDisposal of all waste in the appropriate area
oTakes unit inventory and replenishes necessary items
oReports any damage to supervisor immediately
oOffers great customer service, when applicable

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:
*High School Diploma
*Minimum of 6 months experience and/or training as a Housekeeper; Hospitality experience, preferred
*Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
*Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays, and on-calls)

Applicant MUST have the following skills:
*Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
*Acute sense of urgency, with strong time management skill
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Extremely detail-oriented
*Basic computer skills (to track Time & Attendance)
