Position Description:
*Provides assistance to the chef/cook in the preparation and service of all meals and snacks and in accordance with all scheduled meals and snack times.
*Putting meals together based on patient menus following guidelines taking into account food restrictions and dietary constraints for patients.
*Grill and sauté foods based on menu and dietary restrictions.
Experience Required:
*2-5 years of food preparation and cooking experience required in an institutional (school or hospital environment preferred)
