Small Parts Assembly

1st shift Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 5:00am - 12:45pm, Tuesday - 5:00am - 2:45pm, Friday - 5:00am - 10:45am. 2nd shift hours: Hours: Monday-Thursday - 12:45pm- 11pm Job Duties: small part assembly of open heart surgery devices. Not a clean room but it is a disposable area. Constructing trays - Job involves placing needles and syringes in a tray. Less than ½ pound. Stamping Cartridges - Job involves placing a cartridge into a holder, the machine stamps and lifts the cartridge out of the holder. Less than ½ pound. Full box of the heaviest cartridges is 24 pounds. At the time of stamping the box is moved from a rack to the a rolling table placed beside the machine open and the cartridges are removed one at a time. Automation - Job involves loading one cartridge at a time into a bowl, and removing one cartridge off at a time. Less than ½ pound. Placing a tray of cartridges next to the machine is 7 pounds. Bottom Filling - Job involves bottom filling one cartridge at a time. Less than 1 pound. Top Filling - Job involves placing one cartridge at a time into a holder, than after fill removing the cartridge. Less than ½ pound. Boxing - Job involves sliding a sleeve onto a box of finished product, and placing a tab to seal the sleeve to box. Less than 3 pounds. Labeling Cartridges - Job involves labeling one cartridge at a time. Less than ½ pound. All jobs are rotated hourly. All jobs require the use of hands and arms, range of motion requires the ability to extend arms.
