This position will be located in San Francisco, and provide administrative support to various departments in the organization. Duties: Quarterly safety inspections Customer service to phone and walk-in customers, Processing daily mail, setting up meetings, and data entry Responding to volunteer inquires, and assisting with volunteer orientation Fulfilling requests submitted to the regional Team Requirements/Desired 1-3 years of progressive administrative or clerical support experience; nonprofit experience desired Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint High school diploma If interested, apply now!
