GERMAN FRAUD DETECTION SPECIALIST - Full-time / Part-time

FRAUD DETECTION REP. (FDR) - GERMAN/ENGLISH or FRENCH/ENGLISH One of the US's top banks, our client operates about 3,200 bank branches in nearly 25 western and mid-western states, and almost 3,000 mortgage and consumer finance offices nationwide. Services include consumer and business banking, investment management, insurance, and venture capital investment. The company is a banking industry leader in insurance brokerage through its Insurance Services subsidiary, as well as in mutual funds, online banking, and online brokerage services. PAY: $13.50-14.00 per hour. SHIFT : Mon - Tue 3:00PM - 10:30PM Wed - Fri 11:00AM - 7:30PM DESCRIPTION: * The Fraud Detection Rep (FDR) researches and analyzes account activity using various resources and tools to detect potential fraud activity and take the appropriate action. * Identifies potential fraud trends and communicates to team and management. * Contacts customers and vendors to verify legitimate transactions/information. * Maintains customer follow-up with in timeframes. * Receives inbound calls regarding fraud and dispute related issues. * May assist in ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts and participate in small projects. REQUIRED: * Ability to speak, read, write, communicate in German or French and English * Ability to effectively communicate utilizing oral and written communication skills to interact with - customers and co-workers within Wells Fargo * Aptitude for or proven success in problem analysis and resolution * Proficient attention to detail and organizational skills required * Ability to work effectively with a team environment * Demonstrated ability to be highly accurate * Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment * High School diploma or GED PREFERRED: * TSYS platform knowledge * Commercial card industry related fraud detection or chargeback experience * Knowledge of Corporate credit card * Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute chargeback rules and regulations * BS/BA degree * Knowledge credit card fraud types: Lost, Stolen, Card Not Present (MOTO), Counterfeit and Skimmed * Credit card industry experience *If interested please apply to this advert and register on www.manpowerjobs.com If you don't see the position listed on the Manpower Website, follow up at heather.jordan@manpower.com
