STORE MANAGER - Springfield, Mo.
We currently have an opening for a store manager at one of our retail locations in Springfield, Mo. The qualified candidate will have 2-3 years + of retail store MANAGEMENT experience with an emphasis on customer service and sales. Must have a high school diploma. Preferably a college degree. Cell phone or electronics technologies background is a definite plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively and have good leadership skills with an ability to be a positive influence in develping a winning team spirit among employees. Motivation, excellent work ethic and a positive attitude are all necessary attributes as well as business management education/training/experience.
Our managers are responsible for complete operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, training, inventory control and some cell phone repair .
Must...
...Continually be up to date on new technologies in the cell phone and wireless community as well as with new products and software/service issues (and insuring that employees are also up to date).
...Be able to handle security and fraud issues effectively.
...Instill a sense of pride in the store appearance so that employees also feel pride and dedication to their store.
This is a salary + bonus position. Our business hours are:
Mon-Fri 9-7, Sat 10-6, Sun Closed.
