Mazilu Incorporated DBA Lawn Army Miami, is currently seeking a Sales/ Manager position in Landscaping.
To be located in Miami,Florida.
Position Description
Must possess strong skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management.
The Sales/ Manager is responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring work and sales activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing campaigns to meet sales goals.
Analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy, develop sales forecasts and provide guidance to sales staff on promoting sales.
Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates.
Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Know your daily, weekly, monthly goals, lead to sale ratios and know your status in relation to them at all time.
Resolve customer concerns
Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
Comfort with numbers-- ability to make decisions based on data
Listening skills-proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs.
The Landscape Sales/Manager person will play a significant role in the development of these projects.
Minimum Requirements
1+ years sales experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Solid knowledge of company's products and services,
Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Proven leadership skills
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
