Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all requirements are met for the processing and issuing of provider payments
  • Provider support to field employees to ensure we are meeting client's expectations
  • Works closely with AP department
  • Assist in the creation of training documents and SOPs
  • General reporting
  • Extensive work experience within own function.
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
  • Works independently.
  • May act as a resource for others. 
  • May coordinate others activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year experience performing alpha-numeric data entry
  • 1+ year experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Ability to utilize MS Word to create general correspondence, use spell and grammar check tools, and update/enter information within forms and templates
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel for data entry, sorting, filtering, and enter information into tables and reports
  • Ability to utilize MS Outlook for e-mailing, calendar management and e-mail archive folders

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous experience with Medicare or Medicaid products and regulations
