About this job
Completes all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentations, product quality, and cook and prep time standards. Prepares all menu items according to specifications. Adhere to company standards in regards to general restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and safety procedures.
Qualification Standards:
- Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
- Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
- Mobility required during the entire shift.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat the guests in a timely and controlled manner.
- Provide assistance to servers when needed.
- Manage the Wait List, quoting accurate times
- Complete assigned cleaning and other duties
- Maintain tables per floor plan
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain a working knowledge of menu.
- Check and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of restrooms
