Lead General laborers will be overseeing our crews to assist with the assembling and construction of racking for rooftop solar systems on Target stores. Laborers will work with basic hand tools to assemble the racking systems. Solar experience is a plus. Leads will also operate a Gradall construction forklift when necessary. Leads will have experience acting in a lead capacity on construction sites in the past
