Aerotek is currently hiring for Customer Service Representative for a large global company with Corporate Headquarters in Moline, IL. The position offers a great working environment in an office setting, full benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, and opportunity for advancement. This position is a 3rd shift working between 35-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking and making calls in a fast paced atmosphere. You will take calls from all over the US and Canada in regards to escalators and elevator requests. Calls will range from service requests, dispatch requests, alarm calls, responding to client’s questions and requests, and working with Field Technicians. You will be navigating through multiple screens at a time, typing, and talking on phone at the same time.
Qualifications:
This position will require 1+ years of experience in customer service
Call center experience is preferred, but not required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Able to train on 1st shift and then do additional training on 2nd shift before moving to 3rd shift
Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen if hired
