About this job
The individual in this position will:
- Perform accounts payable functions as part of the Financial Shared Services in SAP.
- Code and allocate invoices.
- Review and process external and internal invoices.
- Process wire transfers, expense reports, and check requests.
- Troubleshoot exceptions from Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) so that they can be posted and processed.
- Complete weekly check runs and ensure proper payment to vendors.
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience
- SAP experience
- 2 or 4 year degree can make up for lack of experience
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
