Job overview
Dining Room Attendant is a member of the Food and Beverage team and is responsible for clearing tables in accordance with IHR's standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of table settings and service ware
- Able to lift and carry large, heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout the shift
- Able to exert a large amount of physical activity and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, with English being the primary language.
- Required to meet brand standards.
- Must greet guests and clear tables in a timely manner.
- Must have a profesional and neat appearance.
- Must be sales driven as this position does require you to upsell the hotel to our guests.
