IT and Data Coordinator
The IT and Data Coordinator is a full-time position with benefits. The position reports to the Director of Operations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Data Collection and Reporting
* Maintain high level internal and integrated databases for member programs and CONNSACS SOSU/Parole Victim Advocates
* Prepare related data and information for the preparation of agency contracts, grant applications, and Requests for Proposals
* Provide analysis of data in order to identify trends and gaps in service
* Provide training and/or technical assistance as needed to coalition staff to utilize database
Equipment Management
* Maintain and oversee office equipment (computers and phones), including contracts, services, updates and addressing any issues with malfunctioning equipment
* Process all requests for use of equipment, damage reports, replacement issues, etc.
* Train new employees on use of equipment and provide technical assistance to staff members as needed
Network Administration
* Establish analyze, upgrade maintain and secure network-including all connections and firewalls
* Plan, implement, and support the network and computing infrastructure
* Prepare users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support
* Maintain proficiency by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
* Perform technology needs analysis and utilize hardware and software as needed

* Responsible for maintenance, security, and optimization of CONNSACS website
* Performs general maintenance and upkeep for web server and file management, including backups of all server files
* Generate reporting for the analysis of web site traffic, and its Search Engine Optimization
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS PREFERRED
* Two or more years of experience working with non-profits
* High level of computer experience, including server maintenance and website hosting required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to women's issues; particularly violence against women issues
* Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
TRAINING: Must acquire and maintain Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor/Advocate Certification
