Help supervise alteration, rug, and tag in personnel. Handle all customer service calls and questions. Handle store calls and questions. Processes weekly productivity reports, schedule employees.

Handle customer service and questions for those depts.
Handle store questions for various departments
Ensure correct pricing on jobs
Prepare weekly job productivity sheets
Review jobs and assure deadlines are met
Weekly bookwork
Assist customers in picking up bookwork
