Exciting Full-Time opportunities have just become available at Automatic Leasing Service! We are looking to fill two immediate openings for a Route Driver- Appliance Installer in the Richmond area.
Automatic Leasing Service is a laundry services provider for apartment communities headquartered in Richmond, VA. For over 50 years, we have managed numerous laundry rooms in 4 states and D.C. and provided in-unit laundry machine rentals to hundreds of apartment communities.
At Automatic, we take pride in offering top of the line customer service and are looking for a team member who shares that goal. This unique opportunity presents itself for candidates who take pride in their work, have outstanding customer service skills, can work independently and who are organized and efficient.
Regular duties include:
Driving a company vehicle to deliver, install, remove and perform routine repairs (training provided) on washers and dryers in our customer's apartment homes.
Load machines needed for the day's call requests into company vehicle and unload unused or dirty machines at end of day.
Provide excellent customer service to leasing office representatives, residents and any one else you may come in contact with on location.
Writes delivery information on lease agreements and records daily delivery/pick up records, obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
Help warehouse team unload shipments of machines, parts and other supplies from truck carriers.
Ability to learn our routes and be able to run calls independently within 6-12 months of hire- pay increases during this period are commensurate with your ability to become a lead installer.

We need you to:
* Have excellent driving record.
* Have current driver's license.
* Provide a copy of a clean DMV report.
* Have a professional demeanor.
* Have the ability to lift and move products up to 185 lbs. (with proper equipment).
* Be able to stoop, bend, stand, climb stairs, maneuver in tight spaces etc. as needed for delivery and installation.
* Have familiarity with delivery trade area a plus (GPS' are provided)
* Able to pass a background check and drug screening
* Willingness and desire to learn and grow with an expanding, award winning company!
