Our Client produces essential building products and sells to distributors such as Home Depot, Lowest, etc. They also do customized orders as well.
Anodizing is a process performed on metal to increase corrosion/wear resistance and it also helps provide better adhesion for paint primers.
Candidate will be working within in the anodizing department. They will be racking/un-racking material, performing anodizing process, and using basic chemical knowledge. High volume, same pieces day in and day out.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATED:
Efficiency in using the anodizing process... Amount of product moved through the process
1ST DAY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate will come in on 1st shift to train with the Team Lead on the 1st shift. Must have experience in anodizing, but the 1st shift Team Lead will run him through M-D's process for 1-4 weeks depending on how quickly the candidate picks it up.
