About this job
Make calls (inbound/outbound) welcoming new Medicare approved members. Asking the members to take a health risk assessment. Scripted call lasting approx. 5-6 min. Fluent in English for both speaking and reading. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to offering quality service to internal and external customers. Ability to respond quickly and proactively to customer queries. Demonstrated teamwork through flexibility and reliability; superior customer service skills. Ability to adapt to varied situation and exercise sound judgment. Minimum HS Diploma/GED required. At least one year of call center experience required. Attention to detail. Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Bilingual (Spanish) is great if possible – not a necessity. Excellent customer service skills and understanding concepts.
Hours will be between 7am - 7pm. More than likely 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $11-$12 There are a total of 55 positions. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Healthcare background is preferred.
There is an open house on 8/6 and 8/7 This is when the interviews will take place onsite. There will be offers made on the spot.
