About this job
CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting full time Telesales Associates for a client in Mansfield, MA. The best candidate will be comfortable taking incoming sales calls and comfortable closing the sale and upselling in a call center environment. Training will be provided on the clients products, phone systems and how to close sales. The most important qualifications are the ability to sell and to learn. Entry level candidates will be considered. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus!
Training for this position will be day time hours during the week, but work hours are 4PM – 12AM (3 weekdays + Saturday and Sunday).
This position is commission eligible. Your hourly rate is $8.00. With commission, the average associate earns $11.00 - $12.00/hr. The best agents make $15.00 - $20.00/hr!
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have the ability to sell
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
