PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing Firm, is seeking a Cost Accountant for a Ceres client. This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate. This position is a temp-to-hire position with pay starting at $20.00/hour!

Cost Accountant

Job Duties:

As the Cost Accountant you will report to the Controller and you will daily be tasked with the following but not limited to:

Monthly financial statements

Month-end reports

Reconciliation of general ledger statements

Annual accounting accruals and reconciliation

Tax return preparation

Financial reporting preparation

Daily cash management

Calculate and produce cost standards

Determine price point of sale

Reconcile and work on Fixed Assets

Track budgets

Cost Accountant

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field

Experience with Microsoft Office Software

General Accounting Software, Tier I, or II ERP experience
