Part Time Sales Analyst– Northlake/Itasca IL
The Part Time Sales Analyst is responsible for analytical support for a major Grocery Account to analyze sales data. The Sales Analyst will also support the Dr Pepper Snapple Group Regional Accounts Team.

Location
This Sales Analyst – Part Time is located in Northlake/Itasca, Illinois.

Work Schedule
7am – 4pm (Monday through Thursday) | Average of 29 Hours per Week

Position Responsibilities
  1. Supports Buyer to manage and support all aspects of customer analytics and retail metrics.
  2. Manage and track weekly vendor and category sales through reporting system.
  3. Track weekly advertisement activity.
  4. Demonstrates outstanding skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Business analytics, and background to deliver a Joint Business Plan.
  5. Communicates to build Top to Top relationship and credibility with the Account’s Management Team from an Analytical standpoint.
  6. Responsible to send out weekly communications related to programs for the account.
  7. Maintain and develop planograms.
  8. Manage and maintain a Sales Period Planner by taking data and entering it into a template to identify a financial/sales plan.
  9. Successfully build and maintain relationships with competition and major account associates.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or 2 years experience with data analytics in a support capacity
  • 1 year of intermediate marketing analysis and familiarity with regional account strategies/programs
  • 1 year experience using data to communicate and collaborate directly with the customer to meet strategic sales objectives
  • 1 year of experience managing multiple requests and data-analytic projects in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience to include creation of formulas, pivot tables, V Look Ups, H Look Ups
  • 1 year of Microsoft Power Point experience creating presentations
