A locally owned Mattress company is looking to hire 10+ Inside Sales Representatives in the Central Alabama due to opening 7 new stores. The locations include: Birmingham, Hoover, Pelham, Alabaster, Tuscaloosa and many more. This is a great opportunity with a well-known and highly marketed franchise. There is a 90 day guarantee to make $900 every two weeks or your commission, whichever is the highest. Current Sales Reps are making between $45, 000 and $60, 000 with the opportunity to make in the six figures. There is a good possibility to be promoted to the Store Manager position that would include a base salary and commission.
The hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10: 00am-8: 00pm and Sunday 12: 00pm-6: 00pm. The work week is 5 days a week including rotating weekends.
