The Territory Sales Manager works within a defined geographic territory, building strong relationships with existing commercial customers, developing new commercial markets and managing regional sales activities.

•Extensive automotive parts sales knowledge. Import knowledge a plus.
•Field sales experience in the automotive parts industry is mandatory
•Customer Service experience
•Proficiency in the use of technology tools used to manage and develop new and existing customers, including but not limited to computer hardware and software and on-line resources (internet and intranet and telephone systems)
•Adapt positively to a changing environment
•Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint a plus), with strong and accurate data entry skills
•Work cooperatively with operations management team to ensure a solid customer experience from sales call, to customer call, to fulfillment
•Ability to develop market analysis and action plans for commercial accounts
