Job overview
Line cook is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.

Must be detailed oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly, and courteous manner.
What you will be doing
- Preparing & serving food.
- Ensuring proper temperatures of food.
- Putting orders into storage.
- Dish & pan cleaning.
- Restocking & preparing items for next day.
- Preparing for any banquet breakfast, lunches & some dinners.
