Fresquez Concessions, located in the Albuquerque Sunport is seeking a proficient manager to oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations according to state law, internal policies, procedures and organization requirements.
Requirements: previous experience as a unit manager or equivalent, ability to lead by example, outstanding verbal, written and multi-tasking skills, ability to create momentum and foster organizational change, efficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, must be able to read and interpret documents such as P/L reports, procedure manuals, and be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Serve Safe Manager Certification is preferred, but not required. Must be alcohol certified.
