Our client, an electronics manufacturer in North Sugarland (SW Houston area), has multiple immediate openings for electronic technicians, mechanical assemblers, machine operators and solderers on first and second shift.
Training will occur on first shift (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) after which most associates will transfer to second shift (4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.) and receive a .75 cent pay differential.
For all positions we're looking for a minimum:
One year manufacturing experience using hand tools.
Able to read production drawings and work orders.
Able to read, write and speak fluently
Able to stand for a full shift.
Preferred additional skills (required for all technician positions):
Soldering and crimping experience
Use of measuring devices such as meters and gauges
Pay range is $9/hr and up for assembly and $12/hr and up for technicians (plus shift differential).
