- Monitor production and quality levels of all food products
- Monitor all refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and safety in the Kitchen area
- Produce food products daily for the cafeteria, banquets and dining room
- Assist in any area of the kitchen as needed
