Full-time position - temp to hire
- Handling customer inquiries via inbound telephone calls, email, internet
- Managing customer inquiries with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism, displaying excellent customer service skills and extensive program knowledge.
- Answer telephones and direct calls with a pleasant phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel (spreadsheets).
Candidates must have experience in business to business customer service.
Day Shift position/ Salary dependent on experience, skills, and abilities.
