Spartan is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a reputable apartment community in Columbus, IN. If you have experience or are mechanically inclined and looking for a long term career with paid vacation, full benefits package and a friendly environment this may be the position for you!
Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Repair and rehab apartments
• Carpentry, drywall patching/repair
• Paint, repair carpet and other minor repairs
• Appliance and plumbing repairs
Job Requirements
• HVAC Certification Preferred
• Mechanically inclined
• Have a stable work history
• Must be a team player
Ideal Maintenance Technician Candidates
• Relevant experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance
• May be willing to train the right candidate on HVAC
Pay Rate: $10-15 hour Based upon experience
Shift/Hours: 1st shift
