  The Market Sales Manager (MSM) is a sales manager who leads, trains, and coaches a team of Sales Representatives who are individual contributors. This position ensures proper planning, organization, and execution of sales strategy to ensure financial performance is maintained and profit margins and revenue goals are achieved in alignment with company goals. The key to success in this role is to build an effective and productive sales team to ensure sales growth.
