Surgical Technologist - Cardiac Surgery - (Surg Tech)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D/E
This position presents an opportunity to join an elite team of passionate physicians and nurses within the unit.
Surgical technologists work under the direction of a team of surgical personnel and assist in surgical operations as needed. Surgical technicians are responsible for preparing the OR, which includes setting up surgical equipment and instruments, as well as passing those instruments to surgeons during the procedure. Settings include:
Surgical Technologist - Cardiac Surgery - (Surg Tech)

- Ambulatory
- OR
- Outpatient
- CVOR
- First assist
- Labor, delivery, recovery & postpartum
- Pediatrics OR
Required Qualifications
CVOR Tech with min 1 yr Hospital Experience within CVOR. BCLS and CVOR/ORT Course.
The open heart tech should be able to take call and be experienced in open heart surgery
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with a Siemens Artis-Z imaging system, Phillips WITT Series 4 – Hemodynamic monitoring system, and McKesson Horizon Cardiology PACs systems.
