Sr Report Analyst - PeopleSoft HRMS - Full-time / Part-time

• Works collaboratively with key partners and human resource team members in the development and production of routine and ad-hoc reports related to the organization's management of human capital


• Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting close processes to report human capital metrics to UnitedHealth Group leadership and other key stakeholders.


• Analyze and predict data trends to provide support with cost reductions, forecast modeling and human capital decision making support.


• Responsible for leading others through influence, rather than direct authority, and by building strong cross-functional relationships with key partners


• Develop templates for common requests to standardize and streamline work


• Act as functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS reporting


• Analyzes and investigates.


• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 3+ Years experience with business, financial, or human resource analysis


• 3+ Years experience with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements


• Intermediate MS Excel and MS Access


• Working knowledge of SQL required, including the ability to read and create complex queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS


• Working knowledge of Human Capital
