About this job
- Works collaboratively with key partners and human resource team members in the development and production of routine and ad-hoc reports related to the organization's management of human capital
- Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting close processes to report human capital metrics to UnitedHealth Group leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze and predict data trends to provide support with cost reductions, forecast modeling and human capital decision making support.
- Responsible for leading others through influence, rather than direct authority, and by building strong cross-functional relationships with key partners
- Develop templates for common requests to standardize and streamline work
- Act as functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS reporting
- Analyzes and investigates.
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ Years experience with business, financial, or human resource analysis
- 3+ Years experience with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Access
- Working knowledge of SQL required, including the ability to read and create complex queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS
- Working knowledge of Human Capital
