Customer Service Representative - Full-time

We're currently looking for Call Center Representatives with 3-5 years experience in Inbound and Outbound calls. Microsoft Office and Data Entry skills are necessary. Excellent grammar and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent attendance and the ability to work in a busy call center. Duties will include processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
