We currently have Part-Time Inbound Customer Service openings with a well-known, growing company in the Frederick/Firestone area.
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- General customer service experience
- Must be able to type 35+WPM, and there will be a typing test to assess this
- Must have internet browsing experience, and be able to work on dual monitors
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Deliver high quality customer service
- Data entry, email correspondence
