Aerotek is seeking Financial Customer Service Professionals to work in their financial call center in the Denver Tech Center area.
This position offers a great opportunity to get into the financial industry.
More Information:
- Inbound call center where you will taking calls from Financial Advisors asking for help (looking up accounts, process transactions, etc.) and providing internal customer service
- Hours are Monday – Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- First month is training (you will not be on the phone)
- Looking for: Initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to stay late, hungry to learn, problem solver, positive attitude, adaptable to change, and an effective communicator
- Not a traditional call center (no specific breaks)
- Offer promotional reviews after every year to see if you are eligible for promotions
