What you will be doing

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Noble standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes a clean, pressed uniform and a correct nametag when working.
• Comply at all times with Noble standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
• Provide staff with equipment needs and service support.
• Organize equipment according to BEO and captain’s requirement.
• Read and understand BEO. Understand what equipment is needed for servers.
• Maintain service aisles and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Support banquet staff in providing guest with food and beverages in a timely manner and at appropriate temperatures.
• Follow all sanitation standards.
• Operate dish machine in the prescribed manner and wash all china, glass, silver, pots, pans, etc., according to standards.
• Empty trash in a timely manner
• Practice proper lifting and safe food handling procedures
• Report faulty broken equipment immediately.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Attend all training/meetings as required by management

Physical Requirements

• Long hours sometimes required
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects  
• Ability to stand for long hours at a time
