Labor & Delivery Nurse - (LD RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $28.00 - 33.00
Exclusive Labor and Delivery orders in exciting Atlanta, GA. This highly respected Labor and Delivery unit is looking to welcome a new member to it's nursing team. You'll find this esteemed facility to be a challenging and fulfilling environment where patient care is firmly rooted in compassion and innovation. Expect to grow professionally while providing care in this high volume unit including high risk deliveries and an avergae of 300-400 births per month.
Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.
Required Qualifications
GA licensure
FHM/ACLS/BLS/NRP
Scrub and Circulate for caesarian
previous travel
